All services within the Network operate under the same legal entity but may function with operational segmentation in branding, moderation, or user interaction. Sexxxy.Tech provides centralized:

Backend infrastructure
REST API services
Authentication systems
CDN storage and global distribution
Metadata enrichment and indexing
Security and compliance systems

Operational segmentation does not create separate legal entities.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Service includes, but is not limited to:

Sexxxy Image Search API
Tag-based and metadata-enriched search functionality
CDN-hosted media distribution
Channel-based content upload systems
RapidAPI subscription integrations

The Service may involve adult-oriented visual content, including sexually explicit images and video. Access is provided “as available” and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

5. USER ACCOUNTS & API ACCESS

To access certain features, you may be required to:

Obtain an API key
Subscribe via RapidAPI

6. API USERS (TECHNICAL TERMS)

Not use the API for unlawful or prohibited purposes

API responses, metadata classifications, and indexing systems are provided “as is.” Sexxxy.Tech does not guarantee:

Classification accuracy

Continuous availability

7. RAPIDAPI BILLING & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions purchased through RapidAPI are governed by:

RapidAPI’s billing terms
The selected subscription tier
Usage limitations

Sexxxy.Tech does not directly process RapidAPI billing. Refunds, disputes, and payment processing are handled by RapidAPI in accordance with their policies. Access may be restricted if usage exceeds plan limits.

8. CHANNEL REGISTRATION & CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Users who register as a “Channel” may upload photographic and video material, including sexually explicit content. By registering as a Channel, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have legal rights to all uploaded content.
All depicted individuals are at least 18 years of age.
You maintain written age verification documentation.
You possess valid written consent and model releases.
The content complies with all applicable laws.

Channel operators remain solely responsible for the legality and rights clearance of uploaded content. Sexxxy.Tech provides hosting, indexing, and distribution infrastructure but does not assume authorship of user-submitted content.

9. EXPLICIT CONTENT STORAGE & CDN DISCLOSURE

Uploaded media may be:

Stored on distributed CDN infrastructure
Replicated across geographic nodes
Indexed and enriched with metadata
Cached for performance optimization

By uploading content, you acknowledge and accept:

CDN replication may cause temporary persistence after deletion requests.
Backup systems may retain archival copies for compliance and security.
Removal of content may affect API integrations using that material.
Certain legal retention obligations may override immediate deletion.

Content removal requests may be submitted at any time. Sexxxy.Tech will process valid requests within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable law.

10. PROHIBITED CONTENT

Sexxxy.Tech maintains a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for illegal content, including but not limited to:

Content involving minors
Non-consensual material
Bestiality
Violence or torture
Criminal activity

Sexxxy.Tech will cooperate with law enforcement agencies where required.

11. GDPR & DATA PROTECTION

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the following applies: Sexxxy.Tech acts as Data Controller for:

Account registration
Channel systems
API infrastructure
Website operations

Lawful bases for processing include:

Contractual necessity

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sexxxy.Tech shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Data loss
Service interruptions
CDN caching artifacts
Third-party misuse

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user within the previous 12 months.

15. TERMINATION

Sexxxy.Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or API access for violations of these Terms. Repeated infringement or illegal activity may result in permanent removal.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sexxxy.Tech operates. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

ADDENDUM II

18 U.S.C. §2257 COMPLIANCE STATEMENT Sexxxy.Tech complies with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 record-keeping requirements where applicable. All visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing on the Service are either:

Produced by independent third-party content providers who represent and warrant compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257; or
Exempt from the record-keeping requirements because the content does not constitute sexually explicit conduct as defined by law; or
Produced by individuals or entities who have certified compliance and maintain appropriate records.

Channel operators uploading explicit content affirm that:

All depicted individuals are at least 18 years of age at the time of production.
They maintain age verification documentation.
They possess valid government-issued identification records.
They can provide such records upon lawful request.

Sexxxy.Tech reserves the right to request documentation from Channel operators and to suspend accounts pending verification.

ADDENDUM III

CONTENT MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT POLICY Sexxxy.Tech operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding illegal content and abusive behavior. The following conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination:

Content involving minors.
Non-consensual or exploitative material.
Impersonation.
Fraudulent copyright claims.
Attempts to distribute malware.
API abuse or scraping attacks.
Promotion of illegal activities.
Ethical violations that may expose the platform to legal risk.

Sexxxy.Tech may:

Remove content without prior notice.
Suspend accounts.
Terminate API access.
Preserve logs and metadata.
Report violations to law enforcement.

Sexxxy.Tech is not obligated to pre-screen content but may monitor the Service at its discretion.

ADDENDUM IV

CLASS ACTION WAIVER & BINDING ARBITRATION To the maximum extent permitted by law: Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings. You agree that:

Disputes shall be resolved individually.
You waive any right to participate in a class action, consolidated action, or representative proceeding.
Arbitration shall occur in the jurisdiction designated by Sexxxy.Tech.

Nothing in this section limits Sexxxy.Tech’s right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations or unlawful conduct.

ADDENDUM V

ENTERPRISE LIABILITY LIMITATION & INDEMNIFICATION You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sexxxy.Tech, its officers, directors, affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

Your uploaded content.
Your violation of law.
Your misuse of the API.
Copyright or model release disputes.
Misrepresentation of age verification.
Third-party redistribution disputes.

Sexxxy.Tech’s total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months. In no event shall Sexxxy.Tech be liable for:

Indirect damages.
Consequential damages.
Loss of revenue.
Loss of data.
Reputational harm.
Third-party content redistribution.
