Sexxxy.Tech operates a centralized infrastructure and network of digital services. You acknowledge and agree that:

Content uploaded by Channels, creators, or users may be selected for inclusion in other affiliated products, APIs, or services within the Sexxxy.Tech Network.
Such inclusion may occur without prior notice.
Content may be indexed, categorized, enriched with metadata, reformatted, or displayed across API endpoints and affiliated properties.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Image search APIs
Metadata feeds
Developer tools
Aggregated content displays
Promotional material within the Network

2. LICENSE GRANT

By uploading content, you grant Sexxxy.Tech a:

Worldwide
Non-exclusive
Royalty-free
Sub-licensable
Transferable (within corporate restructuring if applicable)
Perpetual (subject to deletion requests and legal compliance)

Reproduce
Distribute
Index
Display
Perform
Modify (for formatting and metadata purposes)
Include in APIs and related products

This license is granted without additional compensation, royalties, or financial obligation unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. NO COMPENSATION OBLIGATION

You expressly acknowledge that:

Inclusion of your content in Sexxxy.Tech APIs, affiliated products, or distribution channels does not create an employment, partnership, or revenue-sharing relationship.
Sexxxy.Tech is not obligated to provide additional payment, royalties, or compensation for internal distribution of uploaded content.
The value exchange is access to infrastructure, hosting, and exposure within the Network.

4. DIGITAL ACCEPTANCE & ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

By:

Creating an account
Registering as a Channel
Uploading content
Clicking “Accept” on Terms or Privacy

You acknowledge that:

Your acceptance constitutes a legally binding electronic agreement.
Such acceptance forms a valid digital signature under applicable electronic signature laws, including:
- U.S. ESIGN Act
- EU eIDAS Regulation
- Mexican Código de Comercio (electronic signature recognition)
- Applicable LATAM digital commerce regulations

This digital acceptance carries the same legal force as a handwritten signature.

5. ENFORCEMENT & TERMINATION

Sexxxy.Tech reserves the right to:

Remove content
Suspend accounts
Terminate access
Preserve logs and records
Report illegal or unethical behavior to authorities

Where conduct is detected that:

Violates law
Facilitates criminal activity
Encourages exploitation
Attempts to manipulate or abuse distribution systems

Such accounts may be permanently banned and reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

6. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this Addendum is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
